Join this fun fitness class designed to provide gentle toning for all fitness levels. This session incorporates bands, balls, and weights to help you sculpt and strengthen your body with care. Taught by Beverly Beatty, certified Advanced Health and Fitness Instructor. $90 for 3 months.
